Why aren't my single lights working ? Fuses are good

I think you mean signal lights, a car this old could be a number of things, first of all check the brake lights, if you have them then next is turn on the key and a turn signal right or left it doesn't matter, have someone hold down on the brake pedal and see if there is a light that is now out, if so release the brake pedal turn off key, now locate the flasher unit and put a jumper wire in its place, turn on the key and turn signal do the light come on and stay on on the side you chose? If so turn off the key remove jumper wire and replace flasher, if not then replace the turn signal switch assembly.

Also, be aware that the front parking lights will switch off when the headlights are switched on. They're supposed to do that. HTH. -Jim
