battery was needing charged/jumped daily to start for last 2 months. especially when cold. finally got a brand new battery 2 days ago. today my headlights won't shut off. have to unplug battery terminal to get them to shut off. (just went through a blizzard with temps dropping to -20 deg F with -50 deg F wind chills.)

Sounds like a stuck headlight relay or if equipped the auto headlight control module module.
