I drive a '08 Charger, it was driven for 4 miles with the belt off. What kind of damage could have happened to the car? What should I check out?

Maybe none, but did the car overheat? If so, some damage might have been done.

Yes, started overheating and was pulled over immediately and cooled down.

So I'd just replace the belt and any other parts that got damaged (if any) and see if how it runs. If everything is normal your OK.
