08 Dodge Charger replace alternator now different issues starting starting it.

Please excuse me. Just trying to find.
Help or answers being a female. I'm
not getting direct answers 08 Dodge
Charger retired police car replace
alternator after doing so my car is
dragging. Having a hard time turning
over. Last night I drove it three miles
turned it off. For 20 minutes went out
to start it. Would not make a complete
turn over. As if my starter was not
engaging. After jumping it start it right
up. But prior to changing my
alternator. These problems did not
occur. ESP bas light With track control
comes on. Issue coming out of park
when this occurs. I turn car off and
back on lights disappear also put in
gear to drive and it skips over drive to
Overdrive. Turn it off. It's fine. Cluster
now showing my gears. Are no longer
working. Any idea what could be the
problem?

Also I turn the key on and off three times. 0571 code 0430 code 0420 indicators are coming on.
