Could be the circuit board inside the taillight or a broken wire leading to that side taillight. This will require some further diagnosis.

It's the tag light harness! Pulled hair out, 3 dealership and nobody else could find it lots of new bulbs, fuses etc..yes I'm a woman and no I didn't have a man. Raised right so ground on block is fine lol it doesn't matter but tow packages fuses under hood, but it's same thing with GMC/CHEVY SUV AND TRUCKS. AN 07 TO 13 BUT I BELIEVE IT IS SAME FOR EVEN CAT EYE'S 03 MODELS AND MAYBE OLDER..BUT I HAVE 2012 CHEVY TAHOE UPGRADED BC SPECIAL ORDER. AN 3 HUBS SMH ON PASSENGER SIDE FRONT NOT 4X4 AND WATER IN DOOR'S DRAIN IS CLOGGED ON BOTTOM OF DOOR
