What cause a 2007 Chrysler T&C to shut down after taking off the charger?

I took my car to my friend to check what can
cause the car to act up the way it was the
dashboard light be flicking faster and my radio
be going in and out but when I get the car  
check from my friend is show the battery was
good. So on Monday I drove my brother to
school and the dashboard was flicking again
while the radio was going in and out but has
soon I went to the gas station to get more gas
the car just shut completely can someone
help me out please?

My first and best guess is a loose connection. Either loose connection at the battery....or at the frame ground for the battery. Known issue with corrosion where the ground attaches to frame may need to be cleaned well and tightened back down securely.
