All air out of system? Are the fans working? Did you directly hook up fans to battery to see? Pressure test system to see if it holds pressure? Correct thermostat and did you install it correctly? Test coolant temperature sensor? Any engine codes? Test radiator cap to see if it holds pressure?

Thanks will try all you suggested

Have you checked it for a bad head gasket?

From what I understand these require the special DEX-COOL antifreeze if that wasn't used could be the head gaskets. Bars Leak has a cork looking thing that will seal for awhile.

the only thing special of that antifreeze is it is long life. using the "wrong" antifreeze wont cause head gasket to fail. stop leak is a temporary fix. A brand i recently used is Blue Devil. its about $40 for 16ounces. follow the directions exactly. to check for bad head gasket, remove radiator cap when it is cold. start engine and look for tiny bubbles. sometimes you can smell engine exhaust from radiator.
