Can anyone help

The key will not go to the off postion and
the shift lever will not lock

Look at the bottom of the steering column right under the lock cylinder. There should be a plastic plug. Remove it and stick a small screwdriver up in the hole. Push up and that should release the key so it can be turned and removed. HTH. -Jim
