Whistling noise from a hose/ fixed at dealer/still whistling

I am taking back to the Ford dealer..it is still whistling...I think they read what
DunnTire referred the prob as and did that and did not see if it was okay
Give me a break..I am single and paid for it...and had to rent a car...I do not think I should rent another and why was it not fixed right in the first place.

Sometimes issues can't be resolved at one time. Insist they give you a loaner car.
