91 Mercedes 300E with 200,000 miles.There's oil in the coolant but the oil dipstick is clean. It over heats some but not completely. Otherwise drives fine. Is this a blown head? Appreciate any help

Have a 92 300e 178,000 miles Checked head and installed head gasket, new plugs, plug wires, new coil, new rotor button. ?? Fuel but no spart?? Can someone address this for me
