91 Mercedes 300E with 200,000 miles.There's oil in the coolant but the oil dipstick is clean. It over heats some but not completely. Otherwise drives fine. Is this a blown head? Appreciate any help

Most likely yes, a block check test will tell the tale. Find a good shop, one that will do the job right and not try to short cut it, or you will be right back in there doing it all over again.

Pressure determines what fluid leaks into what other fluid ~ oil can be over 40lbs pressure but the most you will ever get in a radiator is 15lbs (usually much lower) so you probably will never see coolant in the oil.At 200k miles that head gasket must be as brittle as glass
