The 'E' in the model name; ie 190E; designates the engine as fuel-injected. So, yes.

Mercedes designates " E " for " EinSpritzung " - in english, " Injection "; BMW however - uses "i" ; For BMW e is reserved for BMW's you should avoid because they are sluggish as hell - most notably the 528e and 325e from the 80's.
