SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT ABOUT YOUR REVIEWS ON THIS WEBSITE..FROM WHAT I AM READING IT SOUNDS LIKE IF YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A CAR DEALERSHIP..SUCH AS IN MY CASE OF PURCHASING A VEHICLE THROUGH EBAY AND HAD THE CAR SHIPPED TO ME AND THE CAR WAS FALSELY ADVERTISED AS GOOD RUNNING AND I HAD TO JUNK THE CAR AND I WAS TAKEN FOR OVER 2500 DOLLARS. .I GUESS WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE SUCH ALLEGATIONS HERE A B DAY PUT ANY DEALERSHIPS OUT OF BUSINESS FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. IS THIS TRUE?
You can only post reviews of dealers whom you contacted through cargurus.com. Not eBay, Craigslist, etc. This is why I always recommend that people have vehicles professionally inspected when buying long distance. Never buy a vehicle, especially a used one, sight unseen. Consider this a life lesson learned. HTH. - Jim
Different States have differing levels of laws and regulations for dealers marketing used vehicles; California has the strongest with minimums for brakes and tire conditions as well as exhaust emissions for cars less than 25 years old. At the opposite end is Florida which is a Lie-Fest Wild West of Misrepresentation. For your own safety - never buy a car unseen. If you can't go yourself have the seller take it to a dealer or mechanic YOU select for a third party opinion - well worth spending a couple hundred on then thousands later.
The truth is ....if you are dumb enough to buy a car on E-bay, you deserve what you get. E-bay cars are notorious for all the problems they have.
