What could of happened to my Jetta 02 2.0 , upper Co2 sensor made check engine light to go on them couple weeks later check light engine started flashing when driving.?
After the light engine stared flashing while going on the expressway approx
70-75 MPH , I immediately pull over and turned off the car, after getting out
the car and check the motor I realized smoke was coming out the manifold air
intake and by the upper sensor, after removing hose connected to the air
intake valve I notice a lot of oils coming from the motor. After towing the car
back to my house my friend checked the codes and it specified a missfired in
the first piston. I already change the four spark plugs but the motor stills
shakes and smoke stills come out the car . I have not drove it at all after this
Any suggestions on what could of be? How can I fixed it? I will really
appreciated. If further details needed I will be more than happy to give them
to you guys.
Thank you so much
Sounds like you have a clogged catatlic converter or muffler.
Than you for replying Mark. I will check that . Even though the smoke comes our around the Upper Co2 censor it also comes our the muffler . I will keep cheking things on the car until the car comes back to normal and you guys will helped me a lot.
