i have a 02 jaguar s-type and the driver side headlight is out. I replaced the bulb and it still won't work. i'm thing it maybe a fuse but i don't know where the fuse box is located. Help!

If the passenger side still works, then not a fuse, easiest way to check is if you had a test light to see if there is power at the plugin, if not normally just a bad connection. Move the bulb around to see if it can make a contact, with lights on of course, and do not touch the bulb with bare hands, oil from hands prematurely burn out bulbs.
