If this only happens with the drivers door master switch then it could be the switch, door wiring inside the tunnel between door a the body. But if all the switches act this way then you could have BCM issues.

You really need a multi meter to see what has power/ground and what don't . I don't see that happening so if you want check the wires in the drivers door jamb boot , I'll bet one or two are broken
