Toyota camry altise overheating

I checked oils and fluids they are good no visible
leaks in the hoses and water pump area is dry.
Fans don't seem to be turning on and idle drops in
stationary positions. This car runs on gas and
petrol  2002 model altise

I think it's a timing issue maybe I'm no mechanic

Could be the folliwing: The pump may not be leaking but it may not be moving the water through the system (Impellers may be broken) thermostat may not be opening, fan may not be coming on at the correct temperature (should be at about 210 to 220) you may need to flush the system. The antifreeze mix may not be correct (should be 50/50). You may have air in the system that needs to be bleed out. Defective radiator cap. Air vent could be clogged. The exterior of the radiator may be clooged with debris and may need to be cleaned.
