Whart is reflashing a computer

I got into some water just over the fender wells now
the truck won't run without being primed and some
told me I needed to reflash the computer, any
ideas?

I"d say you have to let the truck dry out. Replace the all fluid on the truck as well. You don't know if you got water in the engine/trans/differentials, etc.
