2001 grandam SE - my service vehicle soon light came on

I have 120,000 miles, it runs fine, but what needs servicing, the engine or spark plugs?

go to auto-zone,they will scan a check engine for free and tell you what the problem is.With that milage i would say the oxygen sencer is gone bad,but the scan will tell.

The Service Vehicle Soon (SVS) is different from the Service Engine Soon (SES) A parts store scanner will not read it. Check to see if your headlight bulbs are good and crank down the gas cap.
