My horn in my 2001 pontiac aztec is not working and the fuse is not the problem what should I do??

I would remove and clean all electrical connections. If it still does not work, you may have a bad horn relay. The relay is usually a small box mounted under the hood or dashboard. Locate the relay by tracing the wires from the horn. You could also test the horn itself by running a hot wire direct to the horn. Be very careful with the wire and do not let it short out.
