The coolant light is on in my 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix.

I am constantly topping the fluid in the resivor. I checked under the car and it seems to be coming from the area above the transimisiom pan. I checked the hoses and radiator and found no leaking. It seems to be coming from top of engine

If hard to find while engine is hot do a pressure check on your cooling system while engine is cool. Local auto parts will loan you what you need to do the check. With use of small inspection mirror you should be able to identify the leak.

I'd bet you any money it is your coolant elbow. They are made of plastic and tend to crack. Best thing would be to find a replacement aluminum elbow, (Dorman has them)
