ABS and brake lights symbols on

took car to repair brakes mechanic stated brakes were fine but the ABS and Brake lights symbol stays on

It's probably a bad wheel sensor. Why didn't they inspect that?

I hope they checked the brake fluid level. Have the ABS codes done and write then down and come back so we can help you further.
