I have a 2005 Pontiac grand prix. and it says that starting disabled due to throttle system and than it says reduced engine power what does it mean and what should i do?

Sounds like a problem with the traction control system. I'd check the throttle position sensor to try and get it running. The reduced engine power message tells us there's something going on with the traction control system. HTH. -Jim
