I have a 2000 nissan frontier. it does not start. I bought a new battery but no go. any suggestions?
Double check all battery connections. Also take special care in checking the negative connections from the battery going to the frame and motor.
I just checked all cables and still no go. the lights in the truck or the head lights don't even come on.
Found several frontier owners talking about bad negative (ground) battery cables causing the same issues as yours.
Oh ok. I not sure then. But it sure sounds like a bad or corroded connection somewhere.
any other suggestions??
i had similar issues and i had to replace battery posts because negative terminal could not be tightened good enough. check fuses and relays
