Why won't my battery stay charged?

You could have a bad alternator, that's not charging the battery. Voltage running should be 14.5 volts at the battery. You could also have a current drain, draining the battery overnight. Disconnect the battery at night to see if this is the case, assuming it's being charged by the alternator.
