Getting key made 93 third with VIN number
VIN will not help. The keys used to come with a metal medallion that had the key code on back in the day. I'm sure all that info is long gone and not stored. You can always try calling a ford dealership, but don't expect much. Your best bet is to have a locksmith come out and make a key for you. They can remove the lock cylinder and make a key to match or just replace it with another.
Ford will not still have key codes on file for a 24 year old vehicle. Best bet is like Tom said. You need a locksmith. Most vehicle manufacturers keep key code records for 15 model years. I know with GM that's the cutoff. I'm sure Ford is the same. HTH. -Jim
