02 Lincoln LS heather blowing cold after replacing radiator and hydraulic fan

What would make my heater quit blowing
hot after changing the radiator and
hydrolic fan in my 02 Lincoln LS?

Heater control valve is bad it's on the passenger side you have to take the radiator fan out it's connected by a bunch of coolant hoses
