Car won't accelerate right away

Just today my car started acting like it did
not want to accelerate right away when I
pull off from a complete stop it takes it a
while before it jumps into gear.

Any help would be great to what this my
be!

Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.

Ok thanks for the help... Also yesterday when my mom drove it it was doing the same thing so she cut off the a/c and radio and said the car jumped right into gear and she had no further problems the whole day... When I got home I tried driving off with both radio and a/c on to see if the delay in acceleration would accur but it did not
