95 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, takes 30 or more minutes to warm up or can't drive.

Hello my 95 jeep Laredo takes a minimum of 30
minutes to warm up...meanwhile while it is warming
up there is a rough idle, sputtering, loss of power.
You can not drive before it is ready or there is no
power and it just coughs and jumps. If you keep
pushing too hard, it will die.  This happens at any
temperature. I have changed the plugs, plug wires,
map sensor, air and fuel filters  and oxygen sensor.
Runs fantastic after this 30-45 minute period. Drives
great unless it sits more than a couple of hours, it
does it all over again. It is a 95 Jeep Grand
Cherokee Laredo 4 Liter online 6. Any suggestions
helpful. Thank you.
