Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2014 Honda CRV navigation screen went blank/black, although the radio
still works. Tried every single fuse, and they're all fine. Dealership diagnosis
was useless, they just said it was broken and want to charge me $1200 to
replace it.. Any ideas???

Oh, and I also tried disconnecting the battery and waiting a while (more than an hour). That didn't work either...
