Convertable top on a 2014 Ford Mustang

I can't get my top to go up on my 2014 Convertible Ford Mustang.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

check to see if you hear the convertible motor running when you activate the switch. If no sound then check fuse/ electrical connections, etc. Also, check the hydraulic fluid, gears, pump and hoses.
