My key will not unlock the door nor will it start my car. I've already purchased a new key battery and still nothing. I have a 2013 chrysler 200

2013 might still be under warranty, if so take it to the dealership.

I purchased it used. My warranty is no good anymore. I have spoke with the dealer ship and they gave me some things to try first. Thank you though.

dont you have 2 keys??? And why no warranty, its transferable and the car is only two years old

I do not have two keys. And the car is still covered, my mistake for not paying attention to that. Just figured it was something I could do since my schedule is so busy.

I know it might be a bit costly but get another key made while it is at the dealership, It will be worth it in the long run.
