tire pressure sensor indicator light is on. put 34 psi in all tires, hit reset button in glovebox, but indicator light stays on. what am i doing wrong?
Check the dour jamb label for proper tire pressure settings. Also, check the sidewall of the tires. It's my opinion that the door card settings are usually listing pressure for optimal comfort and not necessarily best for tire wear and mileage. I run my 2012 Beetle tires at 40psi...a bit lower in winter.
you may have to go to Auto Zone and get them to check the sensor may only need resetting if you've done the tire pressure properly
they do it for free
after you checked all tire pressure filled to pressure specs.Press and hold down the reset the buuton for 20 seconds the light will go out!
Thanks. For helping McGyver.
The light for the air for the tire do not go off
