For me, i really don't like how they change the way it looks. Performance wise, its good. I drove my friend's EVOX, one thing i really noticed is the feeling while you driving it, feels like you're driving a luxury car. I have an EVO IX which is so fun to drive, and feels like you're really driving a real car, but i'm not saying that the new one is not fun to drive, usually when turning a tight turn, the car corrects by it self, not like the older EVO's you need to learn how to drive it and that's the fun part.

As far as I know, there´s no automatic transmission in EVOX. I think that EVO IX is a closer racing car than EVOX that is a little bit heavier and has lots of ellectronically help.

I bought a 2015 MR about 2 years ago, and then went through my old Road & Track mags and found a comparison test against the Subie. Evo won. Of course, the MR is the automatic 6 speed dual clutch sourced frojm getrag. needs a regular fluid change, and not all mitsu dealer mechanics treat the filter on it (plastic) with the care needed. The SST tranny gets you an electronic differential, which improves the handling beyond that of the 5 speed manual. R&T tested the MR and it blew the subie away. Its a great car. nothing more to say. Dont abuse it and it runs forever, putting a smile on your face 100% of the time. R&T did 0-60 in about 4.5 sec. and ran the quarter in 13.0 at 105mph. Thats all I need.
