turned the key and everything shut off like ther was no battery

no lights came on till i unhooked then rehooked the battery and only the oil, battery,and brake light came on. the it shut off. no cranking just turned the key and before it could turn over it shut off like the battery was taken out.

You have a very large battery voltage drop at the battery/ loose connections probably corroded/ or a shorted battery How old is the battery?

Have system load tested for failing or shorted battery if connection are clean
