I would imagine it wasn't running all that well before it died. Any dash light? That aside- stall, rough - could be lots of stuff from really, really cheap and easy to not so cheap and easy. I ALWAYS START with the simple things first. How much gas in the tank, gas filter, air filter, work towards gas flowing, spark. So it depends on your level of d.i.y. knowledge as to how much (if anything) you will do yourself.

abc of i.c.e. is still fire and fuel.

check engine light was on and off before problem.. wouldn't start threw winter enless I unplugged the sensor on thermostat housing.. I have started it a bunch of times since I got it running and it starts fine now just running rough now

there is 1/4 tank of gas

check engine light was trying to tell you to, at the very minimum ,check.Again - can't give d.i.y. advice to someone that isn't at least a tad knowledgeable. you can learn to do some basic stuff as a car owner but getting your first lesson should come from a friend standing beside you pointing to stuff and telling you what to do.

I figured it out.. replaced coolant sensor and plugs and wiresbeen running fine since
