You have it towed to where you want it, rent a trailer and do it that way. I guess my big question is why would you purchase something like that? Is it going to be a donner car for a car you already own?

Can I tow my 2000 on 2 wheels

As you have this under a Neon thread I’m going to assume it is a Neon, Neons are front wheel drive, so to tow them the front wheels must be off the ground, make sure the park brake is off and it is properly attached to the tow dolly.
