1988 plymouth horizon does anyone have any idea how to remove the special screws out that mount the radio? Trying not to break it

There aren't really any special screws that secure the radio; they're all regular cap screws. To remove the radio first you must remove the trim around it. There are four phillips head screws that secure the plastic trim. Once that is removed there are three 10mm cap screws that secure the radio to the dash.
