If you have the car jacked up, and the wheels that are on the ground blocked, with the wheel cover and lug nuts off, and your wheel won't come off, you have a little bit of corrosion holding it in place. MAKE SURE YOUR CAR IS BLOCKED ABD YOUR JACKSTAND IS FIRM BEFORE PROCEEDING. Pick a spot near the top outside of the tire and give a sharp shove. You may have to repeat this. If it doesn't respond, then spray WD-40 around the lug bolts and wheel. Let it stand a few minutes, then try the sharp push, again.
