Can i use regular gas on a 99 Cadillac deville?

Question type: General

It says premium unleaded fuel only and there was
regular unleaded added. Will this mess up my car?
I drove it over 200 miles using regular and nothing
happened.

Using a tank of regular fuel may cause some performance problems but nothing serious if just driven under normal conditions. Just fill with the proper octane fuel (premium) at your next gas stop.
