I have a cadillac deville 2002 32v earthstars and it won't start but its tried to start and i put a new started on it and new battery

My cadillac deville 2002 32v earthstars and
it tried to turn over but won't start and I try to
turn the key switch back and forth and it
have new started on it and new battery on it.
Still won't start. And all the lights come on it
but it had a check engine services on the
dashboard
