how can I get my car to start?

I have a 01 cadillac deville. The transmission was replaced. It started using a wire under the hood buthe the square that goes around park was not on. After replacing th PCM the square come on Park. When I turn the key I hear a clicking sound coming from the fuse box from the back seat. Now it will not start or crank. what do you guys think its wrong with it??
