chevey optra 2004 having problems going up hill car will not pick up speed

the chevey optra has lots of speed on strat aways but soon as come to a hill she fight to get up..onless i hit the hill at 70 or 80 cm

just had motor all done new transmission lines new struts new control bars new breaks oil done under coated ..were thinking fuel pump but car starts great ..have appointed for transmission to be check for fuild
