Brakes not releasing, what could be the problem?

I replaced the rotors and calipers. I had this problem before
and sometimes it sorts itself out

I would have replaced the brake lines that go to the calipers.

Could be the brake lines, Or u locked the calipers by accidentally pressing brakes while installing them.
