Can't get fuel pump to work, have already replaced twice with new one and still not working, any idea's why

9 times out of ten it points to a faulty relay failing that it could be an ecu problem it might be worth putting it on a diagnostics tester

I have a 75,5.7 litre factory350, electric in tank fuel pump,removed the tank/pump,remove 2 lilstar shape keepers on plug in of in tank part make 2 new Lil rubber grommet and install new star retainers, (napa)has in stock 40 count in the bag which I used 8 of b4 got em to make contact, install dielectric grease to connector and make sure full battery charge
