What can fixing the pulley cost me

I just bought it was driving down the street and all of sudden it felt like something was
pulling from underneath the car started jerking and cut off the round part was on the
ground won't start

Depends on what pulley it is. I'd figure at least a replacement pulley and a serpentine belt and labor to do it, so a couple hundred?
