The cabin was adorned with diamond-stitched Nappa leather, matte-finish wood trim, and metallic accents, creating an atmosphere of sophistication. Despite its luxurious interior, the GV80's exterior design, particularly the wheel design, was less impressive, as the black paint obscured the details. Nevertheless, the GV80's overall appearance left no doubt about its status as a luxury vehicle.

The 2023 Nissan Rogue featured a new turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine with a variable compression design, producing 201 horsepower and 225 pound-feet of torque. This engine, paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), offered a responsive driving experience in urban settings.
