Does anybody know why the 2010 Highlander hybrid is rated for 3500 lb towing while the regular one is rated for 5000lb. Are the suspensions different or what?

Beware these suv's will start having piston slap with 2-3k miles and Toyota will tell you it's normal. If it was normal it would start at mile one. Beware or you will be stuck!!! Gaumhead.
