Just Had Oil Changed And Getting No Reading On Dip Stick

Engine light went on. Checked Oil. No reading on Dip Stick. Took Vehicle in and had oil changed, Still no reading. Bought new Dip Stick. Still no reading. Any Ideas on next steps?
