Suburban Ford of Waterford

I responded to a Shelby GT350R advertised on CarGurus on the "1 day on CarGurus". The MSRP and Selling price were listed. I also check there website and found a similar description and pricing. A day later the dealer emailed me that the car was not available. I called the dealer and was told the car advertised was one ordered for a customer. Then why was it advertised on CarGurus and Autotrader and ther own website? I was very disappointed!!

I called this dealership several times to set up an appointment to test drive and most likely buy this truck and got voicemails with one call back in regards to the status of the Dodge Ram 2500. I called on 12/26 to check if the truck was still available and the sales person said that it was indeed available. I made an appointment to see it later that day and had was in route from about an hour and a half away and called the sales person to let him know how far I was from arrival so he could have it ready and that's when he informed me that the Dodge was sold. I would've been really upset if I had arrived to find that out. I am really disgusted with the buying process and am ready to give it up altogether and keep my current vehicle. I have had a dealer sell a truck I was ready to sign papers on our from under me and then try to sell me a different make and model for $10,000 more than the truck I lost out on and then tell me that they will look and then never receive a call regarding anything. Then I had another dealer take my cell number and say they were going to find me a truck I was looking for and not receive one phone call from them, and now driving half way to this dealer only to find the truck I wanted to see was already sold, probably before I left to go see it. Wasted time, gas, and money for nothing. I am not fond of the car buying experience, and now I absolutely hate everything about it.

Salesman was very rude on the phone.i may still purchase the vehicle if it's available, but I don't want him to get the sale. Just rude!

Vehicles were in bad shape - they don't appear to take proper care of their inventory

Very responsive to email inquiries. I have not decided on a final purchase, yet. Otherwise I would definitely be in close communication with Suburban. It may happen soon, time will tell. James

This is my first Ford. I've always owned Buick's. The staff here couldn't have been more helpful. It started with Zak in customer service and continued with Lou in Sales. I would tell everyone to check out this dealer when they need a new car.

Wasn't the car I expected, Looked different from the picture. They did call back in a timely manner.
